Reverend Lisa Hornbuckle

Reverend Lisa Hornbuckle is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and ordained minister whose work is centered on Reiki, self-healing, and the remembrance of our own innate connection to healing energy.

Lisa’s personal journey of healing and spiritual exploration began in 2015, during a period of profound change and self-discovery. As she began looking more deeply within herself and questioning what healing truly meant, she was introduced to Reiki. In 2017, Reiki became an important part of that journey—not simply as something she practiced, but as something she experienced personally and eventually felt called to share with others.

Over the years, Lisa has studied with Reverend Barbara Hollender, The International Center for Reiki Training, founded by William Lee Rand, and Tiffany Engle. Her professional background also includes many years as a licensed massage therapist and training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. These experiences expanded her understanding of the relationship between the physical body, energy, the nervous system, and presence.

In 2025, Lisa was ordained as a minister through the Alliance of Divine Love and co-founded the Reiki Center of Palm Beach with Reverend Barbara Hollender.

Today, Reiki is at the heart of Lisa’s work. Through private sessions and teaching, she shares Reiki as a simple and accessible practice that anyone can learn and experience. Her intention is not to tell others how their healing or spiritual journey should look, but to create a space where they can explore Reiki and discover what it means for themselves.

Lisa’s own journey has taught her that healing does not always mean fixing something that is broken. Sometimes it is simply a return—a remembering of the peace, love, and wholeness that have been within us all along.

 Barbara Hollender, has over 20 years of Reiki experience, and is a passionate Usui Reiki Master Teacher. She is dedicated to empowering students on their path to healing and personal growth through Reiki. Her journey began in 2002 with training at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut. Since then, she has transformed the lives of hundreds of students by attuning them to Usui Reiki levels I, II, and Master. Her teaching style is known for its relaxed and practical approach, making Reiki accessible to everyone seeking a path to self-discovery and inner peace. Barbara’s commitment to well-being extends beyond Reiki. In 2005, she became an ordained minister with the Alliance of Divine Love, where she is a member of the Florida Chapter Board of Trustees. Rev. Hollender is also a Certified Transformational Energy Healing practitioner. This holistic approach allows her to provide a well-rounded foundation for students seeking to integrate Reiki into their lives and their healing practice .
